What is an e-motorcycle?

An e-motorcycle is essentially a motorbike outfitted with an electric motor and a battery system. It has more or less the same parts as a regular motorcycle, with a throttle, braking system, and controller box. The most notable feature of an electric motorcycle is that it is very silent. On top of that, the beauty of an e-motorcycle is that its battery has a longer lifespan compared to a petrol engine. Due to that, it can be cheaper to maintain. A common misconception is that, since this technique involves advanced technology, the maintenance will be more costly. However, an e-motorcycle is generally service-free. At the most, your e-motorcycle would just have to undergo regular safety checks for parts such as your brakes and chains (Tromox Mino motorbike has chains as it is equipped with a mid-drive motor).

How to maintain the motorcycle?

Performing routine care and charging guidelines are crucial for the lifetime and safety of the vehicle. You are advised to follow the maintenance instructions!

Do I need a license to ride?

Yes, you need a proper driving license to ride the e-motorcycle.  The user needs to register and buy insurance as well. The motorcyclists are also required to wear a helmet.

How fast can a e-motorcycle go?

Top speed of our electric bikes are limited to 80KMPH.

What is the distance on a single charge?

Range per single charge of our electric bikes are up to 100KMs

How to Order Online?

Ordering online from Neo Bikes is easy, but if you are having any trouble the following steps may help.

Once you have browsed our e-Store and have found a product that you would like to purchase:

1. Click on 'Add to Basket'

Note: the number of products added to your e-cart is displayed in the top right corner of the screen. You can click the basket icon at any time to check out when you have products in your e-cart.

To continue shopping, please click outside the 'Checkout’ window and continue to add desired products to your e-cart.

When you are ready to purchase a product, click on 'Checkout' or click on the basket icon and then click on 'Go to Checkout'.

If you already have anaccount you can sign in with your account details, or you can check-out as a Guest.

The following steps will take you through the Guest Checkout Process.

2 Click on 'Checkout as Guest'

3 Check and edit the contents of your e-cart

If you have a Promotion Code, enter the code and click on 'Apply'. Promotions Codes are case sensitive so please use the exact code given to you

4 Add your Billing address.

5. Select your shipping metod (Pickup or Delivery)

6 Select your payment method e.g. credit card, debit card, bank transfer

7 Review the terms and conditions for your purchase, tick the check box if you agree to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, we will not be able to process your order

8 Click on 'Place Order'

How to pick an order?

Once your product is ready our customer support team would contact you and schedule a pick up date and time. Customer must visit our showroom or authrorised dealers to pickup the bike once payment is completed.
